Hi there. I live in Australia, and just bought a Borsalino Como from Bencraft Hats. They only charged me $10 for freight which cannot be right. I have e-mailed them to ask about additional charges and that was about a week ago & I still haven't heard :( Nor have I heard anything about my hat...
