By no means professional and definitely amateur, but has gone leaps and strides in giving this one a new lease on life. I've currently got it drying. Thank y'all for your help!

Thank you for your knowledge. It's hard to tell. Compared to my Stetson Wolf Canyon, the felt is noticeably not as stiff.
