Interesting, I didn't realize that was the name of the actual hat shop. I just figured that was one of the ways that Borsalino stamped thier sweatbands. Well, I translated the writing on the front of the sweatband. Apparently "Almacen De Sombreros" is Spanish for hat shop. So do you think that maybe it could be something made for the Spanish market?- Blackflame

I couldn't find one. I looked in the usual places but I didn't see any tags of any kind except for the size tag.
