I'm looking to sell a lightly-worn deerskin jacket from The Flat Head Japan, size 38. The model number was listed as "SRJ-41".
I learned the hard way why you should always double-check measurements of products from Japan... Fits great everywhere except the length. I'm asking $450 including...
This is confusing because it looks identical to, and has the same article number (7950) as a BK jacket that was sold by the Bill Kelso ebay account for $265 + shipping back in November:

That jacket, again, listed by Bill Kelso, was a Vicenza horsehide jacket...
Has anyone ever ordered something like the Freewheelers Caboose from 5star? I really like the aesthetic of the FW but the price is slightly out of reach...
Nice, glad to hear it. Think this weight/leather would work as a spring / fall jacket? Not interested in something super heavy or warm, more shoulder-season wear
There's an upcharge for this, but you can request a fit jacket be sent to you to double check how your measurements ended up translating... I recall seeing that somewhere in this 200+ page thread...
Dumb question but ... You'd get the jacket back, right? Like if I sent them a jacket to copy the collar and maybe sleeves, they wouldn't deconstruct the jacket, would they?
What do you think the solution for civilian jackets would be? To send a jacket for them to copy the area where the sleeve attaches?
Also - would be interested in the measurement PDF as well :)
I sold bien this jacket! It's pretty nice, I just decided I liked the feel of a shorter jacket better. Definitely worth it at this price, though.
As an aside, strange to see pics of my apartment in another listing ;)
