    That's such an improvement! Looks like my jacket needs the same thing, I just don't trust myself to not botch the job. Edit: After poking around in the gussets, I'm not feeling any sign of elastic in there. I'm wondering if this jacket doesn't have any.

It's made from a super-supple leather and seems to be a pretty good fit for me, but I'm noticing a weird aesthetic issue with the gusset behind the shoulder, particularly on the right side.
