It's very tight zipped on me. But might be a couple of factors, the particular cut and the shoulders being wide might help, plus deerskin is a little more flexible compared to horsehide, and my chest might be 43ish, I just did an approximate measurement. This is a gorgeous one. Only letting it go because honestly I could use a 42 or a 44, I have a wide chest and was optimistic about this one.
