i was also wondering, does anyone know of any good exercises for shaping/toning the waist?
i really can't imagine wearing a cincher all the time, and i don't think it would agree too well with my love of large lunches out and gin and tonics with the girls! i think it'd have to...
would i be right in buying a waist cincher as apposed to a girdle to minimize my waist without also squishing down my derriere? i want to achieve a real hourglass shape and with my hips just 8 inches bigger than my waist i don't want to loose anything there! any advice will be much appreciated!
I'm using Versace Red Jeans at the moment, simply because it was a present and I can't afford to buy a new one right now! Its nice but a little too flowery for me.
