I'm sorry, I didn't get an alert for these replies! I bought this straight from Addict, it was made-to-order. BUT I've tried on the size 44 at Butterscotch and can confirm they fit exactly the same.
Embarrassingly, I do not trust my own measurements because I just could never get them right...
