Hello all,
I've got my dad's old jacket that he'd like to get rid of. It is definitely well worn (he's an airline pilot himself) and includes some obvious wear and tear. That being said, it is still in really good condition and definitely has many years left in its life.
If you're...
I'm looking at getting one of these for myself but was concerned at the lack of blousing in the body. Is that something you find uncomfortable or an issue?
How would you rate Bob Dong in terms of quality? I've seen some items of theirs that look pretty good but the 'made in China' stereotype is something that I want to be wary of.
Thank you for replying. Are there any major things that you can notice which point to it being a fake? The only one that I know for flight jackets in general is the 'Made in USA'. I'd like to avoid getting duped into purchasing a fake in the future :)
Thank you for responding. I figured that it was too good to be true in regards to the very, very reasonable price. It's good to know about the Alphas. To be honest, I've always found the newer Alpha fashion jackets to be quite odd. I will certainly take a look at jackets out of Japan.
Hello all, I'm looking at acquiring some old Air Force equipment, mostly a flyers kit bag and a helmet bag. Since those items are from the OG107 era, I'd like to match them accurate nametapes. My issue is that my father does have nametapes from his time in the Air Force, but I'd rather not use...

Hello all,
I'm in the market for a new A-2 and have my eyes on a Cockpit USA Government Issue WW2 A-2.
I just wanted to know what your thoughts on the jacket are and if those who actually own the jacket might be able to provide information as to the sizing and other features; basically an...
Hello all, I'm in the market for another A-2 and at this point, am still looking for the 'right one'. I came across a Cockpit USA WW2 Government issue jacket in a 34. I just wanted to know how Cockpit USA sizing is. I've been told that you can size down from your regular but am unsure as to how...
I've found someone selling theirs in my size for 65USD brand new with the bag and letter + the box. It sure seems like a good deal. If you don't mind me asking, how do you wear it? Since it is a unique style of sweater, I just wanted to know how I might be able to incorporate it into my style.
The prices are certainly high (justifiable) but are definitely worth it. I recently purchased their Adventure Jacket/ Deck Jacket which, while not a 'traditional' jacket is a fabulous product.
