I was hoping for some comments on the fit , because the sleeves and back are 1/2 inch shorter
than I ordered , and I'm considering returning it .

Can anyone get their hand far enough into the small external zip pocket to reach the bottom .
Is an internal pocket a necessity , and which type of fastening ( if any ) is recommended ?
I have an Aero motorcycle jacket which is pretty well worn in and feels quite soft and pliable and is FQHH. I was going to order my Highwayman in FQHH also ,but the try-on jacket is in Steerhide and I quite like it. IMO it looks shinier ( when new, anyway ).

Regarding the fit, I normally think of myself as size 40 chest , so this 38 jacket is one size down from that . But I must have put a few pounds on , because my chest now measures 42",so this try-on jacket is ,in fact , two sizes down .
With just a shirt , and T-shirt under that, it seems to fit...
What hide are your jackets , and what lengths are the backs , and sleeves ?
Also, do you have the knitted cuffs in the sleeves , and do you think the jacket is better with or without them ?
