   I will be attending a white tie event this coming spring, I will be wearing tailcoat and waistcoat etc... However, I thought I would ask if it is frowned upon if your where a pocket watch with the waistcoat. I saw it done in the Downton Abbey TV series but I did not know if it should or should...
