I can't believe people are put off by having to wait a few months, for a bespoke hat from one of the most innovative hatters of today... in my mind, it's a small price to pay for a masterpiece.... after all, you can't rush perfection..but that's just me.
I saw them at the infamous Monsters of Rock gig of '88, and I also made it onto the Paradise City video.. before my hat wearing days.. :) that's me at 3.11 and 3.16, having my jacket signed by Slash..

well, last Friday, I was stopped by a young woman, who stated that she wanted my VS Porkie, as she loved it so much... and Sunday, at a Modern Jive class, there were 3 gents drooling over my Black Sheep Hat Works Porkie.. so, I guess that's a result.. ;)

I found a local milliner, and she used this guide to fit wind cords to 2 of my earliest hats... instead of a button on the inside, a large piece of felt was used...
the saying goes something like....'you wear the hat, the hat doesn't wear you'.. I guess you just need to start getting used to wearing a hat, and to start feeling good about yourself doing so. The fact is, the more you wear one, the more people expect to see you wearing it... So put that hat...
