    if i didn't wear used shoes, well, i don't know what i'd be wearing! naturally sneakers are always new, but i wouldn't have two pairs of loakes if i hadn't got em for a song at charity shops. they say if you want to know if a man is well dressed, look at his shoes - and i'd be a helluva lot less...

    big fan of this, it'll look even better once the tarmac is replaced with sand! blue boating slip ons, or an unconventional black shoe (unconventional colour for summer) would play very nicely with this as well, not to mention pick up on the black buttons and hat ribbon.

    For Sale, is this late 1950's suit, something of an oddity. It has the soft shoulder, boxy shape, narrow lapel and short centre vent of the ivy league sack style, but the jacket is darted, and has full cut double pleated trousers.
