Which decade is the worst in terms of style?

This is my first post, and sorry if it's in the wrong section. I am trying to find a good Barber Shop in Portland Or. That can cut an old style hair cut...does anyone know of any?...first hand experience please, no google-fu. Thank you!- Mr.E
