    Nah no dryer, even it it says you can, especially not virgin wool no blend. Always wash by hand. Size is tough to come by and even still hand wash air dry.

    Does any detergent that gentle, no harsh chemicals, dye free, scent free, hypoallergenic, etc… fine for even virgin wool. Don’t plan on washing often just when necessary. I have dreft and All clear and free.

    Got a Pendelton, like new, jac shirt that's on the stiff side. Got a woolmark emblem so it's safe to hand wash. I have Dreft but not for delicates and wool. Woolite isn't on Woolmarks list and I read baby shampoo can be used. I also read Eucalan has lanolin in it that doesn't have to be rinsed...

    sprinkled baking soda all over and letting it sit outside. Then wash in Dreft. We'll see, keep you posted. Update.... smell is gone.

    Plug ins...? ( well..... maybe) The ones you plug in an electrical outlet room deodorizer. I use Dreft detergent for wool stuff I buy, but don't think it's gonna does the trick. I have Lysol odor eliminator, but that's harsh, but maybe just once won't hurt the wool ? If anyone has a better way...
