I’ve been invited to a fairly formal ceremony in June in northern Virginia (US). Likely indoors but I anticipate I will be outdoors some. I’ll be wearing a suit, probably dark blue, maybe gray. What would be an appropriate straw hat to wear While outdoors? A Panama? thanks.- bean_counter

New member, have lurked a bit and decided to join. Early 60s, retired, starting to get into hats for everyday wear. Have a couple of wool Stetsons, and received a nice Akubra felt from my wife for Christmas (Banjo Paterson). edit - located northern Midwest, USA- bean_counter
