Wow I wouldn’t be complaining either - that’s awesome. I’m pretty much 7 3/8 with a long oval head. That means I have to steam most hats into a longer shape or else they’ll have gaps on the sides and leave a crease on my forehead… Which brings me to show the hat I’m wearing today, at least...- Gary in NC

In my relatively short experience with felt hats, I've found it amazing how some of these dirty and bent up hats can turn out so nice with just a brush and a tea kettle. I agree with the others, at least in general… BUT I think that could possibly work if you don’t mind breaking some rules. I do think it’ll all pull together, color-wise at least, by wearing that blue/white shirt and some black or gray shoes. Trust me it’ll be polarizing with everybody either...- Gary in NC

I don’t generally buy into the supernatural but I don’t rule it out completely either. Lol Superstitions of old may be silly at best because I believe they tend to exaggerate themselves as they’re handed down. Colour vs heat
Dark colors don't seem nearly as bad to me, but black just burns me up on a hot sunny day. That's true for me with all clothes - not just hats.- Gary in NC

What are you snacking on?
I like raw baby carrots, celery, or strips of cabbage with sriracha sauce on them. I also put together a mix of sunflower kernels and shelled pumpkin seeds with cayenne and crushed red pepper for a spicy, salty, crunchy treat.- Gary in NC

Oh my goodness. You just reminded me of my "tequila shots night" over three decades ago. I'll leave out the details, but suffice it to say that was the last time I ever drank tequila, other than a sip of my wife's occasional margarita in a restaurant.- Gary in NC
