If I were you, I would wear plain flat sweaters with the leather jacket, I love leather too, I currently own a genuine leather vest from, maybe 50 years ago.

There are a few places in the UK offering the RAF type sweater - the Ace cafe, ELC, Aero among them. I obviously can't tell for sure not having held all of them in my hand individually...
