Here are a couple of my recent acquisitions, a vintage Royal Stetson and Pilgrim, both probably 1950s. I still need to rebash both lids, especially the pilgrim. -

Of course this is coming from a single guy, but I would have to disagree with the above post. Marriage is unique in that it is a relationship that doesn't just "happen" (usually anyway, though some people do get married on a whim). You are a daughter or son by virtue of just being born...- Marshall
