I think the oldest continuously operating hat shop in the UK must be Lock & Co, from the 18th century.
I must confess that I am not a customer of theirs, as other retailers afford better value.

The hat and box are on sale at a local charity shop and I believe they are pricing it a bit low. The hat is in decent shape and a size 7 or slightly larger and just £ 75. The box, which is in quite good shape, is shown as £ 150.
