How do you compare these "sale" hats to other panama's? What would be the normal going rate for a hat like these? I have no clue as to what thread count corresponds to what price range and no clue as to what points make a good panama. -

Panama Hat Thread
I'm not a big panama fan, but, I'm in Florida.....The summer heat and lifestyle seem to call for at least one. Are all of these hats white? I'm more inclined to a natural color. From the website it looks like you can only select the size, box, and crown style. -

When you have a hat sent out to replace the liner or sweatband, does the shop doing the work automaticly send back the old liner and/or sweatband? Is that common practice or do you have to request them back? -
