It's a rare warm, dry day in the Tongass. I am wearing boat shoes, vintage khaki pants, and a Reyn's Spooner Aloha shirt topped off with an Akubra Campdraft in sand. ray Ban aviators complete the look.- Orvil Newton

I noticed that it is two words on my hat as well. Apparently it is a single word "campdraft" when speaking of the horse/rider/cattle sporting event that inspired it. The Lounge tends to abbreviate it as CD -- implying two words. We have the same issue with Silverbelly. ;)- BobHufford

I’ve found it odd too, and I’ve wondered why the disparity. Since the name comes from the Australian riding competition known as campdrafting, I’ve always spelled it as one word.- deadlyhandsome

Am I the only one who noticed, or found it amusing, that the the standard "Camp Draft" is spelled with two words, whereas the "Campdraft Deluxe," spells it as a single word? I'm going by the sweat band labeling here, not anything in print. I know it is a meaningless point, but it strikes me... -

My deluxe cedar brown Campdraft is also the best felt I've encountered on an Akubra - I have a deluxe silverbelly Campdraft and had 3 other Akubra hats that I've since sold. None were close to the brown felt, and I'm not sure why. -

We were told the Deluxe in all iterations has been continued, and all we would get is the Imperial. However, I see the Deluxe is still listed…not sure if it’s old stock or if they are continuing to make them.
