Akubra: Bogart v. Stylemaster
At the risk of complicating matters, you might want to consider the Akubra Fedora. Similar to the other two you're looking at; but you get an open crown you can crease yourself--and that is the most classic look of all!- KY Crusader

I'm having a somewhat similar reaction to the CP in Regency Faun I received a couple days ago. It's such a damned big hat, I fell like its overwhelming me. And I'm not used to its look on me...yet. Akubra Balmoral. A bit heavy and stiff compared to my custom cuenca (which, of course cost A LOT more). But the Balmoral is very well-built and sturdy; and looks great too. Fantastic deal for the price, IMHO.- KY Crusader
