    old time radio online

An Alternative Source for Old Time Radio I, too, have downloaded radio shows from some of the web sites already listed here. I've also bought some on CD. But consider another possibility: XM Radio. On several of the XM channels, they have old time serials, comedy, news and interview...

For those who were born before 1990

I Wish I Saw More I saw Artie Shaw's band in Del Mar. He was alive at the time, but wasn't there. Still, they had the joint jumpin'. I'm not sure they belong in this thread, but I saw Tom Jones -- fun concert -- and Wayne Newton. I'd have to say Wayne Newton is one of the best performers...

There's a game of Uno Spin going on in the kitchen right now. Me, I'm in the office "working". That's my story and I'm sticking to it. ;)

    What are you doing.........

Family Tradition I expect we'll spend New Year's Eve cleaning house. According to my wife's family superstition... er, tradition, if your house is messy on New Year's, it'll be messy all year. If I get lucky, I can hope the tradition applies to, ahem, marital relations. :whistling:
