Bow Ties
i recall once on a cruise, at our table of 8- i was the only one wearing a real self tie bow tie. once after a meal, i untied said bowtie and ALL the women at the table then commented on it.. obviously their partners wore ready tied ones. there is something 'special' about bow ties- PHIL1959

Pro and Cons of Mortgage Strategic Defaults.
if any person who buys or rents a property then knowingly wont pay the rent or mortgage- is a leech. end of. those that for no fault of their own,ie looses their job, or thru ill health cant keep up payments.then at least some help should be given. no offence.- PHIL1959
