My hair (in my avatar) is naturally curly... curlier than yours, by a little bit, and mine is now cut to my shoulders and is just a little curlier than it was when it was longer. If that helps at all. :)
Okay so I read this whole thread and I have some questions.
I had layers when I was very young but never again. I want to get a middy cut so I can pin curl my hair easier and do victory rolls (I loooove victory rolls and can't achieve them with my hair the length it is right now.) I already...
Oooh, thank you! I appreciate the answer. I want to cut my hair as it reaches my mid-back right now and honestly it's heavy and I can't do much with it. I am more of a fifties girl than anything else although I do like the forties too... would the middy be right for me? I seem to like forties...
My hair is curly and my mom always convinces me to not get any bangs cut. However, I would like to wear my hair in victory rolls and things more often and it's hard with my length. One uses the bangs for the victory rolls, right? Or am I misunderstanding?
I hardly ever answer with "This is Jessica" or anything. I find that to be off-putting. Even though I know who's calling my phone i just say, "Hello?" like i don't know. Not sure why. And at the end I always say 'bye' three times. "Goodbye... okay... bye... I'll talk to you later. Bye." <...
I'd like to buy the men's ones and see if they fit okay but I have no idea what an inseam is. I've got a 32 waist so I selected that then it asked me about an inseam and I'm lost. lol!
My mom bought me some cold cream she thought I'd like since the box looked vintage and she's always pointing out things she thinks will be my style so she's pretty supportive! My Grandma likes my dresses and says things like, "This style is flattering on you! i used to wear dresses just like that!"
My Grandmother often talks about USO dances (I think that's the right term) and how she and my Great Aunt used to go out in little dresses and dance with all the soldiers. She told me about dancing at Disneyland, too, since my family has lived in California for a long time on that side. I think...
Thank you for the advice. I'll definitely give any glasses I buy a test run. :) I haven't bought any yet... I hear there's a flea market in town, so I might stop by there...
Thank you for the advice. :D
I really want some cat eye glasses frames. I think that's what they're called... Anyway, I really would like to buy some! But I'm not sure if I can get my prescription put into them. Some store in my town had some I wanted to buy and they were only ten dollars but I had no money on me. :/ I want...
MissElainey: I love deep bright blues. Cobalt(?) blues look fabulous on me, I think they might work for you too. I'm a pale red-haired hazel-eyed gal. Pastels are lovely and I love powder blue. I'm not sure if I looked washed out, it was dark outside!
I love all the crazy colors in your hair, LolitaHaze!
And for the two pink-haired girls... pink hair has always been my favorite! I've wanted to dye mine pink since I was thirteen. Sadly, I'd have to bleach it, I think, and then it'd be ruined...
But I love yours! So pretty!
This post made me quite happy! I'm covered in freckles and I've always been told that guys don't find them appealing! So it's nice to know there's some gents out there who don't mind a freckled lady (especially one freckled all over). :D
