I believe the first batch hit the lines this month, then goes into regular production in September or something like that. The factory has some sort of "vacation" thing... sort of like Akubra does. Europeans... shakeshead
Inside is more versatile, I would think. I was expecting it to be uncomfortable (and it's easy for me to get uncomfortable), but I did not notice them at all.
I know this was not asked of me, but I'm pretty firmly in the pro-Steve camp, and I'd like to address it... and all the negative talk here.
It is easy to forget that Steve never intended to become a real business. He was just a fan helping out other fans. It just snowballed into this huge...
I knew this was the right place to bring this stuff up. The shirt I bought is machine washable, so I'll be able to control what gets pressed and what doesn't. I hate creases where they don't belong. :rage: I'm going to get one of those sleeve arms for my ironing board (as per Classic Style...
Well, I won't know how comfortable it is until I wear it, but I like the cut, the neck is generous (a rarity for me) and the sleeves aren't insanely long (also rare for me).
Just a Van Heusen. If it's for length adjustment, it's kind of silly. The holes are so close, it would only make about 1/4 inch difference (or less). Plus, the cuffs are pre-folded and pressed to the current length.
OK, I just purchased my first shirt with a french cuff. I know, I know... about time, right. Now, I see that there is one hole for the cuff links on the outer cuff, but two on the inner part. ANybody know what that's about? Why is that there? The holes don't seem to be to adjust size, so...
I know everyone hates the gangster thought, but I saw that lid and thought one person instantly. It just happened. Thus, my suggestions are all variations on single theme, to honor one of the great wiseguys of Hollywood.

Hey! Nice to see you Fedora! I thought you were extinct around these parts.
I have had personal contact with several Adams, and while the finish on them has not been as luxurious to the touch as, say, my vintage Lee or a Borsie, they have all been fine hats. One thing is for sure. Them...
I believe, that the photo above is slightly misleading. Based on pictures I've seen on COW, the crown's taper isn't quite so dramatic when viewed from the front. It is enjoying a very warm welcome as a budget Indy hat because it can be had through some vendors UNDER $100, and with the lame...
Johnny is 100% correct about the PayPal thing. Basically, if you paid, your order is in. If not, you are waiting on nothing.
It is true that Steve misses many emails, but considering that his average weekly volume is in the hundreds, and the hat orders he received last June numbered in...
