I think the crown is a little bit taller on the Chatham. Also, I think Bencraft has a version with a wider brim. I have a second hand Downs that serves as my beater. It does it's job well, and still looks good doing it. HarpPlayerGene, I love what you did with that Chatham crown.- Not-Bogart13

I've actually seen those exact brushes sold as hat brushes. Often as "crown" or "travel" hat brushes. I also sometimes use a soft, natural hair paint brush sometimes.- Not-Bogart13

Based on all the information you've posted so far, and your avatar, I'd say the Camel hat would be ideal. I think it will compliment your complexion and hair. It is also more versatile and tasteful.
