Nice Whippet, Michael! I would say mid to late 1950's from what I see in your pictures. Earlier had a bit wider brim. I have one here that measures 2 3/4 from the ribbon to the edge. You have a fine example there. Love the color. -

They do. I have sent the offer. Only problem is the second highest bidder probably didn't want to pay as much as his highest bid. Ebay only allows me to offer him a BIN for that amount. He may buy it. You never know. -
