    Vintage neon signs

    We had a place like that, called Musick Drug Store. Besides the Pharmacy, they had a soda fountain, records for the teenagers, and for me, the most magical part was the model kit section in the back.

    View-Master

    I did not think about the cartoon angle. When I was a kid, we looked at scenic pictures in the View Master, much like the older Stereoscopic viewers! They were magical, and I had access to both.

    It's called, "the Chaplin," after Charlie Chaplin. He would do a similar dance with his cane! Your grandfather was just Hamming it up for the camera. I think it is great.

    Finally, dipped into the 50s F this morning, around 12c. Put on the Barbour International for the ride to our club meeting, a bit chilly! After the meeting, I went to work on my house, when I got out, it was to hot for the jacket, so I left it there, will have to take some bungee cords along...
