Sure did, hold the pedal halfway down and it would fire up every time. Ain't a Cadillac, but it beats the hell out of a Cavalier or a Civic or a Taurus. I feel no need to elaborate further.

The Dart had far more style than a Gremlin. Sorry if it isn't up to your standards, but it was a good little car, regardless.

My Grandparents had a Falcon. I had a Dart up until recently. Nice little car, but not the most comfortable for a guy of my stature.

What seperates "golden era" from "midcentury"?

No idea, it's long out of my hands by that point! I'm just a peon in the grand scheme of loaf cheesery.

    Forbidden items in my home...

I have a few "Yard Long" Calendars from Pabst Malt Extract and Schlitz Beer from the latter part of the 19th Century and the early part of the 20th Century. I think they make for neat advertising.

What do you do for Living?

Funny this thread came back up today. I just had a thought at work on Friday about the Lounge. Seems like I'm in the minority being in a blue-collar, manufacturing job. Anyhow, still at the cheese factory, now working as a forklift driver.
