Brent, I couldn't find rabbit anywhere on the hat. Just says genuine fur felt on the sweat. Maybe it is actually nutria, maybe. -

Lagomarsino Nutria Olive Green 7 5/8 Goodwill find. Really like the felt. Factory teardrop bash easily steamed out Fits more like a 7 1/2 Like the hat, particularly for the price paid. Would like it more if the crown had less taper. -
