Flying Monsters, David Atttenborough. Fascinating, about the Pterosaurs. They flew over the earth for over 150 million years, makes man look pretty insignificant! The Quetzalcoatlus had a wingspan of 12 meters, (39 feet) a Spitfire had a wingspan of only 37 feet. Glad they are not still flying...
Here in Colorado, you better look more then twice before you cross the street! Yield for pedestrians seem to mean speed up to a lot of drivers. Then again, those large red octagonal objects on street corners have no know meaning what so ever!
Actually, we are Little London, 4,724 miles West, as the crow flies! Just looked it up, we got a trace of snow on June 10, 1975. Snow all day today, no satellite signal this morning. Still, my kind of snow, the grass is covered but the roads and sidewalks are only wet!
Isn't this Vintage Roadside? I think, a lot of these should be under Favorite Historic Buildings or Places. http://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/favorite-historic-buildings-or-places.57450/
I have a 15-89, that was given to me in the 90s, still purrs like a kitten! If you go on line, they call it the leather machine, it will go through anything.
Here it was 1975 or older. Though, a friend just told me he registered his 1980 motorcycle with classic plates. I can not find that on the DMV web sight?
Just be carful there Big Man! I remember when one of my friends was washing his wife's 70 Cougar, His son decided to help and picked up a rag that was covered with dry concrete, luckily my friend spotted him before he made it to the car!
Magnum P.I. Jonathan Higgins:
"By God, I lost my temper. I haven't done that in twenty years. I'm resorting to physical violence like some tawdry melodrama!"
Join the club! I mowed my nice green lawn this morning, light shirt on, by mid afternoon I had the heater on my truck up to full blast, and was still filling the chill!
