I had more than my share of issues with my new Aero 30s Half Belt - on three separate occasions I had to send mine in for repair...first was a broken zipper pull, second was a split hand-warmer pocket at the seam (never used for anything but my hands) and finally was the zipper split entirely...
In excellent vintage condition. Red paint in the TWA logos are mostly still there.
I bought this from Alan, another forum member here, about 5 years ago.

This set is long gone.
10 pocket padded Columbia with Westerns. I had just gotten home from a weekend of riding and debauchery with the riding club when the kid snapped this photo. I edited the less than advantageous hand gesture. :D
As mentioned above, my only regret when having my custom Sidewinder/Timberline built was not adding hand warmer pockets at the time. I’ve since sent the jacket back to Langlitz and had this rectified.

I sold the T100 and bought a new '14...
Waiting for my Timberline to be returned from Langlitz. I always regretted not getting hand warmer pockets when I had the jacket built - as I was traveling thru Portland mid-July, I took the opportunity to stop in at Langlitz and have the jacket altered. Tracking shows jacket is out for delivery.
It is all there with the exception of the left side battery cover - I hear that's fairly common and somewhat hard to find replacement steal covers - though you can find fiberglass replacements from India. Aside from the hillbilly exhaust flange fix - previous abuser took a shortcut and cut thru...
I'm kind of torn...the sooner we complete the project, the sooner I get to ride it. On the other side of the coin...the longer I take the longer I keep my son out of trouble. :D
He starts his Freshman year of college out of state this fall, I've told him it may not be done until after he's...
