Looks perfect like a made to order piece. Love how clean this looks and the subtle padding on the shoulder/elbows. Congrats on another beautiful piece
Too bad bad it doesnt fit as it used to but seemed like a great fit on you, but losing 12kg is no joke great job if you meant to shed the excess...
You can't go wrong with either the black aniline or black teacore shinki
I'm sure others can chime in with the difference with the RMC.
1.1-1.3 mm would still be midweight. Not heavy as CXL, it will not stand on its own but still hefty enough that you need to break it in properly
Congrats on...
I would use chrome tanned jackets or pigment finished jackets. Still weary of wearing veg tanned jackets because of possible shrinking issues like I had with my JL. Also if we can only get more rain here then we'd have less forest fires and I would have better grains on my jacket.
@Robbie79 i hope to get a black mulholland my size before Greg starts working on the Mulholland clone which will probably not happen until next year Considering how busy it is at FL. Still hoping to get a follow up email from watanabe-san lol
I like the la brea/speedmaster/mulholland patterns plus the suede trucker that Jake wears. I agree that the mulholland is a fancier version of the Cal CHP but I think therein lies its charm, its rugged but refined at the same time. I would not mind to add a black vintage to my collection
@Robbie79 it is on the short side but it looks great on you plus it's a nice change to your other perfect length jackets. Congrats on a superb cross zip
@Will Zach love that trucker fit and that color. Congrats
Deerskin is really easy to wear, the 5* version is (milled probably pressed) lightweight it is not the best but it would be close to what I would consider a fashion jacket leather but even the heavier deerskin is very drapery and easy to wear.
Yes, Greg can send the hides to be skived...
