    As above with alcohol and water and buy a shoe stretcher. Wind up the outward pressure very gradually over a few hours. Ive used cheap vodka with great results - just pour a few shots into the boot, swirl to soak the leather in the area you want to stretch and insert and tighten the stretcher...

    Yes it’s a ‘Leather Ranch’ made in Canada but I reckon it was an early one made in house and to a much higher quality than later productions. Probably too many back seams for riding but well made with high quality hardware...
