If they happen to be Schott jackets, I sent mine directly to Schott in NJ and they did an awesome job and a very reasonable price to shorten my sleeves. Stands to reason they would only work on their own jackets.- Viking752

Classic Motorcycle Jacket
I am a big fan of Schott jackets for the history, craftsmanship and overall fit for me. Also, like you I seek out Made in America goods and Schott fills that need nicely. Awesome choice, Ihave a few Schotts the 118 and 141 styles in Naked Cowhide. Never handled a CXL version but looks substantial.- Viking752

Anything larger than a 46 on the website gets an incremental up charge until you get to my size and it adds $260 on top of the published price of $900. Buying-Selling-Collecting Leather Jackets: New-Old
Got my first leather jacket when I was 15 and have always had at least one. Quite a few brands in those 40 some odd years, Ralph Lauren, Timberland, Wilson’s leather, Orvis, Eddie Bauer all come to mind. My only brown crosszip, the Harley Davidson shovelhead. From the information I could find on this series, it was made in the 1990’s. Also, the main zip is the most substantial and smooth operating one I have encountered. Even more so than my Schott jackets, which I set the bar at.- Viking752
