No 1. Quality. Ribbon isn't original, but is period correct. This one unfortunately had a significant amount of moth divots just above the thin ribbon which this wider ribbon hides the majority of.

Huckel Alpha size 7 1/8. Clearly owned by a gentleman who enjoyed to tip his hat/brim at everyone, which led to a subtle loss of sheen to the velour finish on a small patch of the brim and crown. It really does very little to diminish this wonderful old german velour. $65 shipped.
