Two new berets arrived today from South Pacific Berets... a small production collaboration between Billy Childish and Flamingo berets of Japan. Grey for the winter we surely have left, and green for the four days of Buffalo spring that comes before summer. Happy vernal equinox to all! -

The hand written label is interesting... perhaps a replacement for the original if the hat was later modified? The logo imprinted label would normally indicate production postwar to the mid 1950s. The color is banana and I agree it is a nice shade. -
