I know toe bugs are purely decorative but I seem to remember the horizontal lines or "wrinkles" served some purpose. Older Justins from the 1950's-60's had cloth tags sewn inside the boot. They did a line of boots in the 2000's named Justin Vintage that had cloth pulls like yours, might be one of those.- Recoil Rob
