    Great stuff guys......CatsCan has done his homework......the N1 truly is a minefield! I had the BR Demotex briefly......sleeves were huge! The IH does not have lined sleeves and I think it works.....makes the jacket more comfortable to wear.

    but at least I'll be completely satisfied with a custom jacket best of luck......but there are dozens of people here that have gone down the custom route and its hasn't worked out........trying a jacket on for fit and size prior to purchase is priceless

    my first deck jacket was an A2.....wore the hell out of it! Will need to look at this guy in Hamburg - coincidently I bought a cold weather flying jacket from the Rider Room in Hamburg many years ago! Its a really great shop, well worth searching out if you are in the area......

    price wise you cant go wrong with Pike Bros. Bronson are worth a look too. They are cheaper than the rest and plenty of people here are happy with them. Worth considering Buzz Rickson too. They come in around £450. All the premium ones have their fans, it just depends how deep your pockets...
