I think it's human nature to look at other interesting details in the background.
I think if you were to take a picture in your room to show off your jacket, you should at least keep it tidy, or the background free of clutter simply because it's distracting to the viewers.
I can see how...
I think the DD fits oddly on you, it's wide and narrow at weird places, especially compared to the fit photos in your database thread (which by the way is very useful, because your fits are usually close to perfect)
From my short time on the forum DD seems to be hit or miss, for example the...
Isn't Vanson made in the US. You don't have to pay duty for that in Canada because of NAFTA. At least I think. You need to ask customs for a form for Vanson to fill out though.
at some point, you just have to layer properly for the most warmth. Leather is not a good option when it's -20. B3, or other shearling flight jackets are warm enough typically, but it is too short. Maybe a B7, but it's really too heavy compared to modern down Parkas.

yeah trying the product on is a huge plus for me imo. You dont have to worry about fit and sending out measurements for the first time which can be confusing.
yeah the fit or cut is not right. But then again I never thought these jackets look great when you button it up the entire way. The best ones I've seen are worn either open or only buttoned half way up
yeah pretty much this, If you gonna do a full bespoke Himel, you better think about it as a forever thing unless you are made of money. But then again plenty of people (like me) hoard things in hobbies and never resell.
Would you pick up a bargain second hand Himel though? that way the loss...
I have tried on RM J100 and J24, The fit as everyone said is definitely different. I mean I'm Asian with a slim build, even I feel like their armholes are really high and sleeves slim/tight. I can't imagine a bigger guy comfortably fitting into it. I would not buy a RM without actually trying it...
