Aero Bootlegger for riding?
My brown BOOTLEGGER is also my fav everyday jacket (unless the temp is below 20 or above 60), my Vanson HH COLORADO (circa 2001) is by far my fav riding jacket.- Ribdoner

SCHOTT 585 XL VTG BROWN Jacket
Hi, The jacket measures 28" from base of collar to the bottom of the hem. Although I'm not an expert I'd estimate the leather weight/thickness to be in the range of AERO FQHH or VANSON mid weight cowhide, it's not as heavy as VANSON competition cowhide or AERO steerhide.
