tommyK: Thanx! You and I share the same lid size! Appreciate the feedback! Hope it isn;t too late. I'd like to keep things as original as possible! By the way, that one looks great on ya! I'll get the chance to see how Caribou looks!
Thanks Asmo...Thinking of calling tomorrow to see if I could change to 7 1/2. That's one of the issues with purchasing hats without being abele to try them first..
Gentlemen. Been hearing some talk about the new Stetsoinian. So much so, I ordered a Caribou from Delmonico's last week. I understand about the wait time (qt least 6 weeks). But does anyone have an opinion or heard anything about the sizing and if it's close to specs? My noggin size is...
I must say This lid is beautiful! With varying shades of red available, I think that I could pull this or similar shade of this off! I like the shark gill treatment which for me, helps to occupies my eyes in addition to focusing on the overall color... The taller crown...Shorter brim...I like...

Hopefully, these could would help also...My Champ vintage 50s with Sharks gill bow...
...And my Champ 50s refurbished Porkpie. Thanks to The Gomez Hat Company...
Thanks for this info! Never knew that Strats came with different felt 'hands'. The one I show is the Premier model which obviously is Royal Deluxe Felt. Which by the way, feels quite dense to the hand! Had to steam it to no end to get the a bash into it! :)
