Picked up this Resistol 5X on ebay. The box says San Antonio but the sweat band does not. I don't know how everyone here feels about it if I call it a San Antonio. I know some people don't like it if one calls a hat an Open Road if it does not say it on the band. The crown is 6inches... -

Great hats guys as always. Today my new Resistol San Antonio 5X. It is a nice silverbelly. A little more blue then the Stetson version. More pics in the Resitol Round Up thread Jeff -

It was from the felt. I was touching up a bunch of hats. luckily I was going light to dark for no reason just worked out that way. Would have hated to go from that to a Silverbelly and get it all smugged up with black. Jeff -

Its a homberg. Look at the hat sweat band. It says st.Regias. That is what Stetson called their homberg's. I was going too bid on I it , but now since everyone has been informed about it I think I'll pass -
