Out of all the factories left in the USA , Beaver Brand is the only one that will produce special hats individualy for customers. Stetson , Bollman and Biltmore realy dont want to bother anymore . Part of the reason is that Beaver Brand is a much smaller company. I doubt they have more than 15... -

The sweat is called a Von Baur sweat. It is good for lightweight hats and straw hats. The hat has been a great seller for us. We just reordered it for our stores. The quality is between royal and the higher Soverign quality. Probably Stetsons nicest hat in a long time... -

The machines are the same as they were from 50 years ago and that is also the problem . There is little improvment in effciency in hat production. i know of one factory(not Borsalino) that stopped making a certain finish becasue the workers that are there dont know how to duplicate it anymore... -

As a large dealer in Borsalino hats ,all I can say is that they dont make them like they used to. Part of the reason that I am finding out now after my recent trip to the factory is that the workers of today are not the workers of 20 or 30 years ago. They just dont have the same skill level... -

Hi Bassman, The code is usable on any stores website that carries Stetson hats. Just pay attention to what the vendor is charging initialy for the hat. Some stores raised up their prices because of the coupon. When you get the discount , you realy arent saving any money at all... -
