I agree with Peacoat, you can take the risk, but it may just be better to return them.

So this Langlitz shows a method, likely not a proper method, to get 2" more out of each sleeve...I have not ever seen a jacket with sleeves so modified as this one has them. And they are asking a pretty impressive price for it too...
