    Denim is definitely a good choice. Leather, especially FQHH horsehide, can be limiting your movement. Whereas, denim is thick, bite-resistant and flexible at the same time. + the cool factor.

    Very analytic. I didn't even take rain into a consideration... It would be necessary to keep mountaineering clothes inside the bag in case of heavy rain. But I would still wear my leather jacket. Leather jacket gives some kind of emotional protection... hard to explain... haha

    I am planning to, but I don't ride. I heard that long sleeves are essential if you ride. My friend who rides HD always puts extra length on the sleeve when he does a custom jacket. But for those who don't ride and wear'em for casual purposes, I think, long sleeves make it less cool. Anyway...

    Thanks for the info. I do have one langlitz and they are solid. Great jacket. The only minor gripe with stock Langlitz is that their sleeve length is a tad long.
