    Haven't read the book, so i approached it on the basis that it's a true story, because if it wasn't, it would be very average storytelling, having said that, the mis-en-scene is pretty good, and music and costumes very clever.

    About 3 weeks ago I found a pair of brand-new, in the box, modern walking boots, well-known brand, in an op-shop, $5, wow i thought, looked em up on the internet, they're about $150 in the shops...great stuff. I wore them to work on Sunday, in the rain, by lunchtime they had FALLEN APART...
