I came across vintage advertising for this company on eBay did a bit of research and found they began in 1953 in LA California 91744. Then I found a ‘B3’ with their label on eBay. Did they make quality stuff? - past tense as I believe they’ve folded. Here’s the ‘B3’ it’s not an accurate replica...
It’s not had a lot of wearing since I bought it owing to the surfeit of jackets in my collection each shouting “my turn today!” Fortunately it arrived ready broken in and as I wore it dampish till it dried after washing it fits me nicely.
A style I’ve never seen - must be as rare as rocking horse droppings in the desert and I nearly bought it - but I’ve got one or two too many jackets. I’ve inspected it and the leather is in excellent condition.

The following is speculation
The width of the fold over will depend on the taper on the legs and will vary according to size style and minor errors in production.
Many of the original looms were exported to Japan and the Japanese are fanatical regarding accuracy so I’d guess that modern...
I’ve had a few silver topped canes pass through my hands but I’ve sold them on as generally they were designed for shorter people. However in (sensible?) preparation for my old age I’ve kept hold of this carved stick which fits me just right. I picked it up in a charity shop for two pounds.
I’ve no personal experience with the brand but if you google search ‘fedora lounge Y’2 leather’ a few threads come up. Such as this one
